Years of the Maritime Continent 4 (February 26-28, 2019)
An international collaboration and coordination, integrating observations and modeling, bridging research and operations, and outreach and capacity building, Years of Maritime Continent strives to advance at an unprecedented pace our understanding and prediction of the MC weather-climate systems for socioeconomic benefit both locally and globally. This workshop was led by Dr. Olivia O. Cabrera of the Institute of Environmental Science and Meteorology (IESM), University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, who partnered with MERF to coordinate the event at IESM.
