Organization

The officers of the Foundation are the President, Vice-President/Treasurer, Secretary and the Executive Director. The Board of Trustees (BOT) elects the officers from among its members.

The BOT may combine compatible offices in a single person. The Chairman of the BOT is the Director of the University of the Philippines Marine Science Institute. The term of office of the elected officers is one year.
